Question 1

What does Othelis Global do?

Accepted Answer

Othelis Global operates a private wealth allocation desk focused on real-economy themes — allocated bullion, prime real estate, clean energy, and oil and gas. Verified clients fund under desk controls, allocate into published themes, and may request withdrawals subject to review. Capital is at risk. Read Risk Disclosure before allocating.

Question 2

Is Othelis Global a Swiss bank or FINMA-licensed?

Accepted Answer

No. Othelis Global is not a Swiss bank and does not claim a FINMA banking or securities-dealer licence on this site. Access is KYC-gated and desk-reviewed. Read the Regulatory status page and verify company particulars independently on Zefix before transferring significant capital.

Question 3

Do I need identity verification (KYC)?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Tiered private desk access requires mandatory identity verification and desk review before full settlement privileges are enabled. This protects clients and keeps the platform aligned with AML standards — not anonymous transfers.

Question 4

How do I know my first deposit is safe?

Accepted Answer

Only follow settlement instructions shown inside your signed-in Deposit screen. Never pay details received by private message or email. After you submit, the desk reviews the transfer before Active Deposit updates — nothing auto-clears blindly. Confirm the domain is othelis.com.

Question 5

Is this a crypto trading platform?

Accepted Answer

No. Othelis Global is not a speculative crypto exchange or anonymous remittance service. Settlement for verified clients is desk-reviewed. Capital is allocated into real-world asset themes under desk controls.

Question 6

Are investment returns guaranteed?

Accepted Answer

No. Othelis Global does not offer bank interest, insured deposits, or guaranteed investment returns. Capital is at risk. Read the Risk Disclosure and Regulatory status pages before transferring funds.

Question 7

How do deposits and withdrawals work?

Accepted Answer

Deposits and withdrawals stay pending until the desk verifies amount, rail, and destination. Official settlement instructions appear only inside the authenticated Deposit screen. Never send to details received by DM or cold email.

Question 8

Where can I read risk and compliance documents?

Accepted Answer

Trust Center, Impressum, Regulatory status, Terms, Privacy, Risk Disclosure, AML Policy, and Cookie Policy are published at othelis.com for clients and independent evaluators. German Impressum: /de/impressum.

Question 9

Who can I contact for support or compliance?

Accepted Answer

Support: support@othelis.com. Compliance / AML: compliance@othelis.com. Privacy: privacy@othelis.com. Live chat is also available on the site. Ask before you send if settlement details look wrong.
